Club NDSS (National Down Syndrome Society)
A website for people with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. The website is divided into sections: Computer Center, Live Healthy, School & Free Time, Self-Advocacy, Be Independent. The site is full of stories, learning activities, and educational games and is maintained by the National Down Syndrome Society.

Lose the Training Wheels
The mission of Lose The Training Wheels™ is to teach individuals with disabilities to ride a conventional two wheel bicycle and become lifelong independent riders. This achievement, in turn, creates a gateway of opportunity, helping them gain assurance and self-reliance in many other aspects of their lives.

Solon Recreation Department
Solon Recreation Department offering activities to residents and non-residents. The Solon Recreation Department offers many different types of programs to youth, teens, adults and senior citizens. These programs take place at Solon's own Community Center, Community Park or one of the schools on campus. Each program is guided by competent and courteous staff members.

Beth Lattime is an intervention specialist with over 20 years of swim instruction experience. She also holds a MA in Special Education.
